Why don't you ship to my region/country?

I scanned a recipe card, but it doesn't seem quite right. Why?

We use artificial intelligence to transcribe and interpret your recipe cards. AI has advanced a lot in recent years, but it still isn't perfect. There is still a good chance that AI won't understand what the written words on your recipe card are trying to say, or the app itself may not have the options to support your instructions. If you have suggestions, please do email support@reciscan.app!

I want to print a cookbook for a school/conference/etc, do you offer a discount?

I ordered a book, when will it arrive?

The latest shipping information should be available in the app. Click the menu button (three horizontal lines in the top right) and go to 'Book Orders'.

How do I change the PDF viewer that shows the cookbook on my phone?

Reciscan only generates the PDF file itself, your device decides what PDF viewer to display it with based on your iOS or Android configuration choices.

Why is isn't recipe scanning free?

We offer users 3 free scans to give you an idea of the convenience and accuracy of the service. However, the 3rd party services that we utilize that offer transcription from images are not free to use.
